Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Request

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns to TLP. You can request an RGA number from customerservice@trucklightparts.com. Please include your invoice number and your reason for the return in your email. TLP customer service will respond within 24 hrs. of submission and advise you of the next step.

All defective items are handled through individual manufacture warranties.

Product returns without an RGA number will be refused by TLP.

TLP Return Policy

TLP will accept returns on order over $25.00 that are submitted for return 20 days or less from the day of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee. All specialty orders are non-returnable. Items that have been installed or have cut wires or visual damage are non-returnable. All returns must be in their original container and considered to be resaleable by TLP. All returns are subject to TLP’s discretion after review of products. Freight charges are non-refundable. Freight for return items is the responsibility of the customer. TLP will not receive any product if it is shipped back collect.

Once returns of receipt of said product is inspected TLP will issue a credit within 20 days.
