Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Request

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns to TLP. You can request an RGA number from customerservice@trucklightparts.com. Please include your invoice number and your reason for the return in your email. TLP customer service will respond within 24 hrs. of submission and advise you of the next step.

All defective items are handled through individual manufacture warranties.

Product returns without an RGA number will be refused by TLP.

TLP Return Policy

TLP will accept returns on order over $25.00 that are submitted for return 20 days or less from the day of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee. All specialty orders are non- returnable. Items that have been installed or have cut wires or visual damage are non-returnable. All returns must be in their original container and considered to be resaleable by TLP. All returns are subject to TLP’s discretion after review of products. Freight charges are non-refundable. Freight for return items is the responsibility of the customer. TLP will not receive any product if it is shipped back collect.

Once returns of receipt of said product is inspected TLP will issue a credit within 20 days.

Cancelations

All cancelations must be done within 24 hours of receipt of order. All order cancelled after that 24-hour period are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee. All special orders must be cancelled within 24 hours, or they are non-returnable.

Damaged Products

If product is damaged in shipping TLP will make every attempt to replace the product in a timely manner. Please contact TLP Customer Service via the Customer Service portal on the TLP website. Once the product has been inspected by TLP replacement will be sent if so determined.

Exchanges

Products maybe returned and exchange for another product. Returns must be received in the same container and with uncut wires and no visible damage. Please submit your request for an RGA through the Customer Service portal on the TLP website. All requests will be answered in 24 hrs. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges.

Use of Personal Information

TLP collects and uses your information to process orders and deliver the correct products. It is possible that TLP could use your personal information to make you aware of special product offerings. TLP does not sell your personal information to any third party or affiliate companies.

TLP takes every step to protect your personal security. We use a variety of technologies and protocols to insure this is done to avoid unauthorized access, and use. We use a secure payment gateway when processing credit cards, so all your information is protected.

STATEMENT CHANGES

TLP reserves the right to change and update our Terms and Conditions occasionally. If changes are made, they will be posted promptly.
