ECCO 9011A Hide-A-LED™ Concealed Directional LED Warning Light (Amber, 1″ Mount, 16 Flash Patterns, 2-Bolt Mounting)

The ECCO 9011A is part of ECCO’s 9011 Hide-A-LED™ series—a compact, high-intensity directional LED warning light designed for discreet integration into vehicle lighting assemblies (e.g. headlamps, tail lamps, marker housings). The 9011A fits into a 1″ mounting hole with a 2-bolt mount, making it ideal for installations in constrained spaces. It features 4 powerful LEDs, supports 16 selectable flash patterns, and allows synchronization with multiple units. With in-line sealed electronics, there is no need for external drivers, and when off, the unit remains colorless—maintaining a hidden appearance.

Key Features & Specs

  • Fits 1″ mounting hole, installs with 2-bolt flange
  • 4 LEDs in one head for focused directional lighting
  • 16 selectable flash modes including single, double, triple, quad, deci, cycle, and more
  • Synchronization capability — flash units in unison or alternately
  • In-line sealed driver — no external module needed
  • Amber light output (amber when active, nearly invisible when off)
  • Low profile — approximately 1.5″ head length
  • Designed for 12 to 24 V DC systems
  • Optimized optics for wide-angle dispersion and maximizing internal housing reflection
  • LED advantages: high output, low current draw, maintenance-free operation
Why the 9011A Stands Out

  • Ideal for fleets or emergency vehicles that require embedded warning lighting without bulky pods
  • Maintains factory aesthetic when inactive, yet offers powerful warning performance
  • Flash pattern flexibility and synchronization options make it suitable for coordinated lighting arrays
  • Rugged and minimal maintenance — built for real-world use in vehicle environments
Applications

  • Embedded warning lights inside headlamps, tail lamps, or marker housings
  • Discreet upfit lighting for service, utility, or public safety vehicles
  • Synchronized lighting networks using multiple Hide-A-LED units
  • Auxiliary lighting in tight or constrained spaces
Installation Tips

  • Select a clean, flat mounting surface and drill a precise 1″ hole.
  • Use the 2-bolt flange and secure hardware without over-stressing the unit.
  • Route wiring through grommets or protective sleeves to avoid chafe.
  • Test all 16 flash modes before finalizing installation.
  • If using multiple units, wire according to ECCO’s synchronization guidelines.
  • In high-vibration environments, periodically check mounting tightness and lens condition.
