The ECCO SA901N Smart Back-Up Alarm is the ideal choice for maximizing safety across heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleets, construction machinery, and utility vehicles operating on standard 12V or 24V electrical systems.
This high-performance alarm features the original Smart Alarm® technology by ECCO, which continuously monitors ambient noise and automatically adjusts its sound output. It maintains an effective warning level by staying 5 dB above surrounding noise, ranging from a minimum of 82 dB up to a powerful 107 dB(A). This self-adjusting capability prevents the alarm from being unnecessarily loud in quiet areas, reducing noise pollution, preventing operator annoyance, and eliminating the need for manual volume controls.
Built for the most demanding environments, the SA901N is housed in a rugged, reinforced nylon housing with a reverse-mounted speaker design for enhanced protection against dirt, dust, and moisture ingress. The electronic components are fully epoxy-sealed to resist vibration, weather, and extreme temperatures (-40°F to +185°F). Installation is simplified with a universal 2-Bolt/Surface Mount design.
