The Grote 54012 is a heavy-duty, incandescent high-mount stop light designed to provide secondary braking visibility for vehicles over 80 inches wide. Known as a "Sentry" supplemental light, this unit is engineered to be mounted high on the rear of trucks and trailers, ensuring that following drivers see braking signals even in heavy traffic or obstructed-view situations. Built with a high-impact polycarbonate housing and lens, this rectangular lamp is designed to withstand the vibration and environmental stress of long-haul commercial use.

Important Application Note: This supplemental light must be used in conjunction with a legal Center High Mount Stop Light (CHMSL) and is not recommended for the rear of vehicles in padded dock applications.
